Brook

Needless to say that trip was an enormous
success.  From that event came a friendship that
has endured a lot.   And we have gone full circle
from me being the somwhat nerveous subbie, to
now playing as a "switch", who turned the tables
on one of "her" mentors at BMSL-V and
"co-topped" Brook with my "sister" Jackie.

Shortly after that "scene" though, Brook
continued a tradition we started at BR 1999.  
Suffice it to say I am very familar with that cane
she is holding in the picture to the right.

Brook and I have shared a lot over the past two years.  I'm not really sure who has
enjoyed the experience more, her or me.  I know she gets a good giggle watching me
do my "transformation" and has even invited (with my consent) a few of her subs to
watch.  I didn't relaize until after BR 1999, that I was the first CD she had
experienced up close and personal like that.  I can happily say I have her "hooked"
on CD's now!

During the summer of 1999, I was on-line one
night chatting with Ms. Kitten from TPE and a
new member of the TPE family, Ms. Brook.  I
had never met MS. Brook, but had chatted
with her several times recently.

The subject of BR 1999 came up and I kept
saying I had promised "J" (my very
understanding and supportive wife) that I
would curtail the "road trips" for a while to
help save some money.  Somehow the ladies,
Brook and Kitten convinced me I should go
east for this special event.  "J" had been
watching the "chat" over my shoulder and
kindly said I had been "good" and could go.

When I mentioned on-line to the ladies that I
would be able to go, MS. Brook kindly offered
to share a room with me to help cut my costs
down.  She also offered to get me around, so I
wouldn't have to rent a car, etc.
